Step 3:Shipping Options

Please let us know your preferred delivery method

1）Shipping arranged by us:

We will work with our logistics partners to estimate the shipping cost based on the packaging size and weight.

*Note:As the pergola is a large item,final freight quotes may take some time,especially due to time zone differences when confirming last-mile delivery.

2）Shipping via your own freight forwarder:

We will provide estimated package dimensions and weight You may pass this information to your forwarder for a

freight quote.

Step 4:Deposit &Order Confirmation

Once the drawing and quote are approved,a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order

We will then prepare detailed CAD drawings, including:

1.Dimensions and specifications of each accessory

2.Drainage and electrical systems

3.Installation details

Step 6: Final Payment & Delivery

• After final confirmation, the remaining 50% balance should be paid.
• We will then arrange shipment and provide the packing list and tracking details.
